Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests must be submitted before work has commenced to be eligible for consideration.

Refund Policy

Payments made for digital marketing services are generally non-refundable.
Once work has started (strategy, setup, creatives, ads, or optimization), no refund will be issued.
If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

SEO services
Google Ads & Meta Ads setup and management
Website design & development
Graphic design & creatives
Consultation or strategy fees

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where services have not been delivered as agreed and after internal review by Sohna Spark Digital.

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
